The factory
Nothing would be possible without our most precious asset: our factory. Here, ideas take shape and transform into the full range of products we offer. A state-of-the-art facility capable of turning ideas, formulas, and research into the products we provide.
The factory consists of two production lines: one for water-soluble fertilisers and one for liquid fertilisers.
Water-soluble fertiliser line
In this production line, all processes, including raw material dosing, sample collection, labelling, bagging, and palletisation, are automated and monitored by our highly specialised staff to ensure proper functioning.
This line packages products in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg bags.
Regarding production capacity, we are able to guarantee:
- 24 tonnes daily in 25 kg bags.
- 10 tonnes daily in 1 kg and 5 kg bags.
Liquid fertiliser line
This production line ensures a perfect blend of products according to the required composition. The versatility of this facility allows us to meet a wide range of customer requests, including custom formulas based on their needs.
The production capacity of this line ranges from batches of 860 litres per product to over 10,000 litres daily.
The laboratory
Inside the factory, we have our laboratory. It is here that research and development contribute to the formulation and continuous improvement of our products.
Within the laboratory, all raw materials and finished products are analysed and tested using the most modern control instruments available on the market, ensuring
excellent Italian quality.
Logistics
A key strength of the company is the optimal location of our factory, near the two most important commercial ports in southern Italy, Naples and Salerno, which handle both container shipments and break bulk cargo. This location allows us to serve all geographic areas, even the most remote.
